Survey of the future executives of the nation: the students of the National School of Administration, The ENA, created in 1945 by Michel Debré. Most of the time, after three years of study, these students, two thirds of whom come from the Institute of Political Sciences, become by leaving the ENA, directors of cabinet, sub-prefets, prefects or ministers. Interviews of several of these students and extracts from a course.
