To combat food waste, the Bas-Rhin Red Cross has signed an agreement with a shopping centre in Mundolsheim to recover all unsold items, which is enough to feed about 300 people from several charitable organizations. Interviews with Armand PEREGO, President of the Bas-Rhin Red Cross and a volunteer alternating with a comment on images of the operation.
