At the initiative of the Syndicate of Magistrates, the magistrates and representatives of the prison administration met at the Palais de Justice in Paris to attend a forum for reflection on the conditions of detention in French prisons. Evocation of the urgent problem of prison overcrowding as a starting point for the recent mutineries. Reading of a text written by Denis MANUEL, actor and prison visitor, and commentary on the plans of this meeting, of a prison cell, and archive images of the mutineries at the Fresnes prison.
