On this first April, Jacques Barbot went to meet Parisians, motorists, cyclists or pedestrians, to make them react to the new measure announced by the public authorities: prohibit the movement of cars in certain parts of Paris for the benefit of bicycles. While some people do not understand this "backtracking", others see it as an advantage to avoid congestion.
