Interview with Catherine DENEUVE, who has just filmed in "Les parisiennes" by Marc ALLEGRET. She evokes the previous films in which she played: "Les petits chats", a film banned by censorship, "Les portes claquent", "L'homme à femmes". She does not understand why some newspapers compare her to American actresses who may have played "sexy" roles, but would without hesitation agree to play this type of role in a film by Elia KAZAN. She feels close to the character she plays in "Les Parisiennes": a pure young girl. She feels she doesn’t have enough experience to play theatre.
