Bernard Pivot: Humour around literature

Bernard PIVOT, literary critic, speaks on the tone of humour of the influence of literature on his readers: He takes the example of Gilbert CESBRON’s book "It is Mozart that is murdered", which would have avoided divorce of Johnny and Sylvie HALLYDAY. But he then explains that geniuses often have unsavory parents and that divorce is a lesser evil. This was one of his first television appearances.
