Bernard PIVOT recounts with truculence, an episode that happened in Capri, city in which he was to receive an award at the same time as John the CARRE. He was in a ceremony at City Hall where he was the only one not wearing a tie. John the CARRE had given him his tie and told him "Just show me the tie to come to your show". Until then, he had always refused to come to "Apostrophes".
