Robert Doisneau on street photography

Interview with photographer Robert DOISNEAU about his way of "seeing" the street show. Going down a staircase in a street, he explains to the journalist that he prefers to photograph strangers rather than celebrities because they are authentic and free. The subject is fed by numerous images: pedestrians filmed at the level of the legs, suburbs with garbage and damaged car, cars in paved streets, and old ladies feeding cats and pigeons.
