Claude Lelouch about "A man and a woman"

Interviewed by Denise GLASER, Claude LELOUCH presents his film "A man and a woman". The main thing in cinema, according to him, is emotion. This time, he wanted to make a love film. So he had to set limits, especially those of modesty. In his film "A Girl and Guns" there were no limits because violence (the theme of this film) has no limits. In "A man and a woman", he wanted the spectator to attach himself to the three characters to feel this story from the three points of view.
