Report on the installation of Linky meters and the problems this raises. In the city of Coucy le Château Auffrique, the mayor decided to refuse the installation of these new meters because of several risks: privacy breaches, faulty meters that catch fire, and potentially dangerous electrical waves. The prefecture of Aisne and the company Enedis have brought the case to justice. Interviews with Jean Claude DUMONT, mayor (PCF) of Coucy le Château Auffrique, Jean Baptiste ARNOULD, deputy director of Enedis Picardie in charge of the deployment of Linky meters.
