In Jonchery-sur-Vesle, visit of Prince Albert II of Monaco, in order to pay homage to his aieul Louis II, having fought in this place, during the First World War. During the Great War, the headquarters of the Fifth Army were located here. Enlisted volunteer Louis II of Monaco served there for four years under the orders of Franchet d'Espéret. The prince visited the exhibition that traces the path of his great-grandfather, an exhibition where part of the archives of the royal palace are presented.
