Behind the scenes of the fantastic festival: The students of the hotel school prepared the evening meal

Behind the scenes of the Gérardmer hotel school where the students prepared the opening evening meal for the VIP of the fantastic film festival. At 2pm, it’s the excitement for the pastry and cooking students, because the VIP buffet must be ready by 9pm. Testimonials from several students who got up early for the event but are happy to be part of these volunteer volunteers. Their teacher praises their involvement. In the dining room, the hotel BTS are on deck, two waitress students say they are a little stressed by the arrival of 400 people and both excited to see celebrities.
