In Croix, in the North, meeting with Jean-Christophe CAMBIER, engineer specialized in the food industry, who set up his craft brewery. In one year of existence, he created 6 beers, one of which is already awarded. Its success is based on its expertise, the artisanal character of the production and the establishment of the brewery in the city center. 60% of the production is sold on site. The commentary on the production images alternates with interviews with Jean-Christophe CAMBIER and a local restaurateur.
