The situation does not calm down between French and British sailors about the shell Saint Jacques: the French sailors are still fighting against the British fishermen of shell Saint Jacques who come "dredging" off the 12 miles (i.e. in international waters)... This fishery is legal but the French consider that: - it benefits English seamen, - this fishing is done to the detriment of the preservation of the resource...
