Deux hommes de 38 ans, connus des services de police, ont été tués en plein coeur du quartier du Plan à Valence. Ces assassinats sont probablement un règlement de compte lié au trafic de drogue. Les habitants choqués ont été réveillés en pleine nuit. Le quartier est connu pour être une plaque tournante du trafic de drogue entre Grenoble et Marseille. L'enquête a été confiée à la police judiciaire de Valence.
