Dans le 16e arrondissement à Paris se déroule le concours de création de cocktails réunissant les prétendants au titre de meilleur bartender du monde : dans cette épreuve, les candidats doivent créer un cocktail en accord avec une pâtisserie.
Au cours du reportage, interviews de Clément BODIN, bartender "Maison Soquet", de Matthias GIROUD, mixologue "The Bartenders Society", de Cathy MUTIS, bartendeuse et de René DELVINCOURT, président de l'association des Barmen de France.
