Le directeur du Mémorial de Caen, Stéphane Grimaldi est allé chercher à Paris, dans les locaux de l'association "Yahad in Unum " ("Ensemble", en hébreux et latin), 152 objets de la "Shoah par balles" retrouvés dans des fosses communes en Ukraine, lieu de massacres à grande échelle (1,5 million de victimes), entre 1941 et 1944, durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
