Nathalie Ménigon: Direct Action hunger strike against their detention conditions
An update on the hunger strike that began 79 days ago by the four main accused members of the Direct Action group, including Nathalie Ménigon, in protest against their conditions of detention, including their total isolation. The prisoners were placed under an infusion that led to a controversy between the minister in charge of security, Robert Pandraud and Henri Nogueres, President of the League of Human Rights on the issue of reinforced isolation and referring to the precedent of Margaret Thatcher.
