First demonstration of the women’s movement in Paris since the Second World War, near the tomb of the unknown soldier at the Arc de Triomphe Place de l'Etoile in Paris. It is considered the symbolic beginning of the women’s movement of the 1970s. It is to lay a wreath on the wife of the unknown soldier, even more unknown than the soldier.
