Niamey francophone conference

In Niger, in Niamey, in March 1970, the francophonie found its concrete form through the creation of the agency for the francophonie. By next Thursday, the 25 or so government delegations from all continents must have set up this agency for cultural and technical cooperation of French-speaking countries, in which the most ambitious see the equivalent of the French-language UNESCO. André BLANCHET, on the NIGER, talks about the creation of the Agence pour la francophonie. The set is followed by images of the delegations arriving at the Niamey conference, and the speech of Hamani DIORI, President of Niger and promoter of the Francophonie.
