On the night of Tuesday 3 to Wednesday 4 November, MEPs rejected Christine BOUTIN’s (UDF) plea of inadmissibility for the further examination of the Socialist Bill of the Civil Solidarity Pact (PACS). The session was punctuated by numerous incidents during C. BOUTIN’s intervention. Arthur PAECHT (UDF, Var), on the perch, suspended the session twice.
