Report. The European Union has decided to lift the sanctions against Serbia since the departure of Slobodan MILOSEVIC. The subject is composed of images of the ministers arriving in Luxembourg and interviews with Bernard KOUCHER and Hubert VEDRINE. The Foreign Ministers of the 15 Member States of the European Union have started their monthly meeting in Luxembourg at which they will decide to lift the main economic sanctions against Serbia . The measures affecting Slobodan MILOSEVIC and his family, on the other hand, were maintained.
