Neuilly-sur-Seine: The armed man who has held six children and their teacher hostage since Thursday morning in a class of the Charcot kindergarten interrupted the dialogue with the negotiators around 12:30 pm prolonging the waiting of the parents who, for the most part, spent the night there.
