Neuilly-sur-Seine: The armed man who has held six children and their teacher hostage since Thursday morning in a class of the Charcot kindergarten interrupted the dialogue with the negotiators around 12:30 pm prolonging the waiting of the parents who, for the most part, spent the night there. The mayor of Neuilly, Nicolas Sarkozy, Minister of Budget and spokesman of the government, who is conducting these negotiations, also spent the night at school.
