The government requested a report submitted to the Minister of Labour on recruitment practices in order to moralize hiring in the face of the multiplication of tests based on various psychological and para-psychological techniques (graphology, morphopsychology, numerology, astrology). Interview with Gérard LYON-CAEN, author of the report: "I found that psychological characteristics were put before professional skills. There is a long-term danger to the health of the French economy. If you have pleasant people at the head of companies but below the required capacities, in the current economic war it is bad".
