The government of Michel ROCARD publishes its White Paper on Pensions. It presents the situation of the various existing pension schemes. To address the problem of pension financing in the future, the White Paper proposes different scenarios. The government wants to maintain the pay-as-you-go system and to extend the duration of contributions. A commentary is said on images of elderly people with synth incrustations.
