An environmental activist has filed a request for a hearing of Jacques Chirac, former mayor of Paris and Jean Tibéri, current mayor of Paris, in the context of the case of the false voters of the 3rd arrondissement of the capital. The complainants indicated that the investigation had established the falsification of the electoral lists in this borough, notably in view of the municipal elections of 1989 and 1995. Gérard MERLE, who was active for seven years in the RPR section of Paris City Hall, testifies. He admits having participated in the recruitment of ghost voters and accuses Guy Legrix, former number two of the Parisian RPR.
