Accident of Lady Diana

Princess Lady Diana, her companion Emad al Fayed and their driver, were killed in a traffic accident in Paris, in the tunnel of the Alma bridge. A press conference was held with Professor Bruno Riou of the resuscitation service at the Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital and the Minister of the Interior and Jean-Pierre CHEVENEMENT. The latter said of Lady Diana: "Lady Diana was a beloved person in France, a modern woman, courageous, sensitive to human distress. His disappearance will be painfully felt in our country".
