The day after the RER B attack at Port-Royal station in Paris, the Vigipirate plan was reactivated. The army and the police are mobilized in sensitive places, in Paris as in provinces: monuments, Gare du Nord in Paris, Franco-Belgian border, shopping center in Bordeaux, Nice airport, Franco-Italian border, Gare de la Part-Dieu in Lyon, Gare SaintCharles in Marseille. With interviews with Roland BONNEPART, SNCF Director Paris-Nord region, and Lieutenant-Colonel DINTINGER (4th Regiment of Engineering) in Lyon.
