The mayor of Moret-sur-Loing, in Seine-et-Marne, forbids gatherings after 22:00, in some places of his commune. A municipal by-law has just been published. The mayor intends to preserve the tranquility of the inhabitants after recent degradation in the city and complaints of night disturbance. Residents of the municipality give their opinion on the issue. Patrick SEPTIERS, UDF mayor of Moret sur Loing, explains the reasons for the implementation of this mesure.
