Nelson MANDELA, President of South Africa, arrived in Paris this morning for a four-day state visit during which he will plead for increased economic aid to his country. Arriving this morning in Orly, he will have a first interview with Jacques CHIRAC at the Château de Rambouillet this afternoon, before participating in the military parade on July 14th.
