Sarajevo: demilitarization

Conflict in the former Yugoslavia: since midnight last night, Bosnians, Serbs and Croats have complied with a series of measures provided for in the Dayton peace plan. Prisoner exchanges took place at Sarajevo airport but the ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross) did not obtain the originally planned exchange of 900 prisoners. At the same time as these releases began, patrols discovered the existence of mass graves. The report is completed by the interview of Colonel MARINGO of the 3rd RPIMA.
