Makomé M'Bowolé case: verdict Pascal Compain

The jurors of the court of Assises of Paris sentenced the former police inspector, Pascal COMPAIN, to 8 years in prison for the murder of a young Zairois, Makome M'BOWOLE, killed during his custody in a police station of the 18th arrondissement of Paris in 1993. The verdict provoked the anger of the victim’s family and the Zairian community who came to support her. Reaction of Botikali M'BOWOLE, father of the victim: "It is a parody of justice. A racist justice". Interview Me Philippe LEMAIRE, lawyer of Pascal COMPAIN on the reaction of the Makomé family.
