Harvesting took place today on the roofs of the Samaritan in Paris. A vineyard had been restored on the terrace of the Toupary, the restaurant of this department store, after four years of research. The comments on images of the vine plants in pots and grapes alternate with the interview of Alain BLERVAQUE, nursery grower and the chef of Toupary, as well as with a microsidewalk of visitors.
