Yitzhak RABIN explains that he wants [...] to help the ALS with our firepower to permanently break any future offensive and to cause the terrorists such losses that they will no longer rub against it and that their desire to attack is considerably reduced". He then accused Syria, which, according to him, supports terrorism from Lebanon but also in Europe.
