At a joint general assembly the CNSTP (National Confederation of Peasant Workers' Unions and the FNSP (National Federation of Peasant Trade Unions). came together in one union: the Peasant Confederation. They oppose the policy of François Guillaume, former president of the FNSEA, the main agricultural union. They want to bring small farmers together.
