Cambodia: Norodom Sihanouk decided to leave his post as head of state. There would be differences between the Khmer King and the Khmer Rouges. Dissemination of an interview with Sihanouk in October 1975 in New York on his relations with the Khmer Rouge government: "the relations are very good, cordial and trusting. We are taking the same course of action. We agree with each other."
