Evacuations to Hanoi

Signed on 21 July 1954, the Geneva Accords put an end to the conflict in Indochina. At the same time, the Trung Gia conference allows the ceasefire to enter into force. Civilians are evacuated for Vietnam, especially the Hmong, who had made a case for the French.
