The children of a Le Mans CM2 class had the opportunity to visit the Yoplait du Mans factory as part of the week of taste. From the reception of the milk to its processing, nothing escaped the children. But in addition to the visit, they learned to taste the dairy products by doing flavour tests. Daniel MAIRE, Director of Yoplait, talks about the pedagogical role to play vis-à-vis children.
