On the occasion of the 8th International Seminar on Elastomers in Le Mans - Rubber Derivatives, 150 researchers are gathered in the capital Sarthoise because the region is at the forefront in this sector with many sites producing rubber products like the company Hutchinson. Explanations by Jean FORTIN, Hutchinson Factory Manager of Sougé le Ganelon on rubber products manufactured in the factory such as bottle nipples or automotive accessories and the Director of the Polymer Laboratory working in collaboration with Le Mans companies on tire recycling problems.
