In 1999, the 28 referees of the 1st Football Division were gathered at the Thalassotherapy training camp in Quiberon. These semi-professionals were able to get back in shape and relax, and also to address various issues related to their job of the weekend: the economic pressure in the clubs, the evolution of the regulation of football, the use of video, problems encountered during matches.
