During the vote for the presidential election, the State requisitions magistrates appointed by the court of appeal to check in the polling stations whether the rules of the electoral code are applied. Report in the polling station of Chaligny with the interviews of Jean Michel PERRIN, delegate of the Constitutional Council: he defines his role as auditor and interview of Véronique CHERON, 1st Vice-President of the Court of Appeal: according to it, the irregularities found are material difficulties in small municipalities in particular.
