Two MPs introduce an amendment to ban the sale of chocolate cigarettes

Two Members, including Marnais Charles de COURSON, tabled an amendment to prohibit the sale of chocolate cigarettes. For this, they rely on a British study showing that children who eat these sweets are twice as likely as others to start smoking tobacco. WHO advocates a ban on chocolate cigarettes and countries such as Finland, Norway and the UK have already implemented this recommendation. The amendment was adopted on Thursday in the finance committee and will be considered by the national assembly on May 25. Interview with Charles de COURSON, UDF deputy of the Marne, and sidewalk with passers-by on cigarettes.
