Jack Lang in Toulouse for the 20th anniversary of the Fête de la musique
Toulouse is on fire for the Fête de la musique. It is one of the first cities where this event was successful, which led Minister Jack Lang to come and celebrate the twentieth anniversary of his "baby" and to make some promises at the same time. In particular, he spoke of his plan to create 20,000 art classes in order to "bring about a real cultural revolution in the school and through the school". He also said he did not want to see this party transformed into a commercial enterprise."
