This morning took place the laying of the foundation stone of the first boarding school of excellence in Le Havre in the presence of the mayor Edouard PHILIPPE, the rector of the academy and Jean-Michel BLANQUER, representative of the Ministry of National Education. The objective is to welcome, in the best possible conditions, young college and high school students from families in difficulty to offer them optimal study conditions.
