Xavier de la Courtie, president of the Racing Club de France talks about the state of the stadium a few years ago following its abandonment in favor of the Parc des Princes. The owner of the stadium, the RC de France, sold the facilities to the Conseil général des Hauts de Seine. Despite the help of the department and the region, this did not bring it up to standard for large matches but it contributed to the current use of the stadium by the youth of Colombes.
