Interviewé, Robert Hue, candidat communiste aux élections présidentielles, s'insurge contre une décision prise par le Conseil constitutionnel. Cette instance demande la censure d'un article de la loi de modernisation sociale, qui remettrait en cause la liberté d'entreprendre : "...je pense que le Conseil constitutionnel a pris une décision politique qui vise la majorité politique à laquelle je participe...".
