On the morning of March 31, 1979, Serge GAINSBOURG returns to his mansion on the rue de Verneuil and comments on the decoration of his living room which gathers pianos and heteroclite objects: "I do not know what it is: a sitting room, a music room, a brothel, a museum...". He speaks of "the order of objects" that are placed on a coffee table: "It is an apparent disorder but in fact everything is calculated according to particular rhythms".
