From the Elysée Palace, interview with François Mitterrand by Paul Amar (france 2) and Patrick Poivre d'Arvor (tf1). Addressing the citizen François Mitterrand, Poivre d'Arvor asks him for whom he will vote in the next European elections. The President of the Republic replied, "Do you think you are allowed to ask me the question?" and at the insistence of the journalist he adds: "I repeat that if you were a candidate, I would not say I will vote Arvor pepper".
