Face à la délinquance juvénile, de nombreuses voix s'élèvent pour stigmatiser les parents démissionnaires, et faire en sorte de les responsabiliser. Pour cela, des sanctions financières sont envisagées. Mais certains magistrats sont réticents, car ces sanctions risquent de punir des familles en situation déjà précaire. Pour lutter contre la délinquance des mineurs, une des solutions est de responsabiliser les parents.
