Two young girls of Muslim religion, students of the Gabriel-Havez college of Creil (Oise) are no longer admitted to classes because they refuse to leave their headscarf. They have been studying the Quran at home since the age of 3. "I will always wear the scarf until I die," says one of the girls. For Ernest CHENIERE, principal of the college, the problem is not beliefs, but the outward manifestation of this belief in class. Ali ACHABOUN, father of the two girls, denies pressuring his daughters to wear the veil.
